  The staff is nice n helpful but this place will get yah for what they can . They will price things differently on individual items then on the tub that u see at first to try to trick you just double check

  Kind of a mess... Things are totally not in the right place. Not a clear men's vs women's section... Limited brands available compared to similar European stores. Probably short staffed...

  Placed an online order to pick up some hiking boots for curbside pickup. When I went to try them on, not only did they still have the security tag on them but they were definitely worn and returned. Went back to the store to see if they could offer a partial refund for the used product and while waiting for a manager another employee walked over to check out what I had brought back and said to his coworker “oh are those the 7s? I returned those yesterday.” Not cool. They knowingly sold used/returned product because “it was all we had in warehouse” the second employee said with a shrug. When the young male manager came over a few minutes later O felt like it was a burnden for him to come to the cashiers. I asked about a partial refund and he only said he could give me 10% back. Never an apology for either of the issues that brought be BACK to the location. Terrible customer service from him and terrible customer experience with the shoes not being checked before they were allowed to be resold.

  They must have a good hiring process at this location because each time I visit, the salespeople and cashiers are helpful, cheerful, and seem to genuinely enjoy their work.
  During my visit today I needed something very specific. The salesperson knew exactly where to find it and even knew about some back stock in case I needed more than one. The cashier was also very friendly, seemed more than happy to update some contact information on my customer card, and made extra sure I knew about the complimentary gift boxes on my way out.
