  Laura Bailey is the best!
  She was thorough and professional and great to work with. Her appraisal was realistic and executed a marketing plan perfectly, Laura went above and beyond all expectations.
  As a result Laura and her team at Ray White Caloundra ended up achieving above reserve price at auction.

  Ray and Linda are misleading in the way they sell properties.
  Ray said to me he had an offer... "just quietly"... The offer he claimed was considerably higher than the final sale price. He was clearly inducing me to make a higher offer knowing full well that no offer at that price had been made.
  Misleading and deceptive conduct.
  Offer 50k less than they advertise.

  We have had Ray White managing our property in Caloundra for a number of months as we are interstate and unable to self manage. Have found everyone simply terrific to deal with. Great communication, prompt attention to any issues and really friendly service. Callie Cusack who took over as Property Manager just before the major rain event, has been on the ball from the beginning. It’s a great relief to be able to feel all of the various issues that have come up have been sorted with minimal fuss.
