I got caught in a large wave and tore a ligament in my knee. Could hardly walk and had a big trip coming up 4 days later. After an initial adjustment to ensure my core was properly engaged. Ken suggested warm laser therapy I had a series of 25min treatments which were INCREDIBLE. Each morning following a session I woke up with my knee significantly more healed then the day before.
If you have ANY sort of arthritic pain or sports injury’s run! (Ok hobble) to see Ken. He’s a great guy and really knows his craft.

I can’t recommend enough the laser therapy on my tight shoulder and neck area with combined Chiro. It far outweighs getting a normal massage elsewhere as it is concentrating directly on the muscles. Colleen and Ken are fantastic.
