    We have been to many gyms over the years but Hinton Fitness is the best. Best Value. No hidden costs or contracts. Very welcoming, great fitness vibe. Clean and well equipped to suit all fitness levels. All ages and genders are made to feel welcome.

    Sam’s passion and motivation for fitness helped me to achieve my goals at Hinton’s Fitness Gym and to improve my general fitness, for a very reasonable price. His knowledge, and expertise made it interesting as well as enjoyable, with extra snippets of information dropped into my gym sessions about research to back up one exercise opposed to another.
    Sam’s training sessions have set me up with a variety training methods, using gym equipment, resistance bands, and using no equipment. This is fantastic as it allows me to mix up my routine depending on my situation, especially when I start travelling around Australia in our caravan.
