  If I could give this real estate less then one star I would.
  
  Their team working there are the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. Especially their manager.
  
  They had an electrician in to fix one of the MANY problems wrong with the apartment my brother was renting through them and said Electrician removed one of my tools which he thought was his as I am also an electrician.
  
  This tool, a $230 multi meter was taken to the Local Agent office and their manager sent 1 insignificant and untitled email to my brother stating it was there as the Electrician removed it.
  
  No phone calls were made, no further emails or anything were made.
  When I went in there to get it, I was told it had been thrown out.
  I asked if they were going to refund that money as I didn't remove my tool and the reply I got was that "we are not liable for this".
  
  I didn't even receive any kind of consolation or apology from anyone who worked there and they even went as far as threatening to ring the police if I didn't drop the matter.
  
  Not only this, the apartment my brother was renting from them had 101 problems with it, zaps from electrical sockets, tiles in the living room popped up, hot water running out in 5 minutes.
  They also gained access to their residence to show people through without any notice nor permission from my brother and then turned around and sent the "notice of entry" after the fact.
  
  Like I said, 1 star is super generous. Stay away from the agent at ALL COSTS.

  I have rented with local agent twice now, once was a fair few years ago and again now and they are great! Always give enough notice always professional and understanding.
