  It’s a pleasure having Rian Pinker as property manager for our investment property. He is very reliable and keeps me informed with all matters relating to our property, and is always friendly and professional.
  We recently changed tenants and had just a couple of days between tenants.

  Holly at Ray White Caloundra is my property manager for the unit I rent in Kings Beach. She made the whole tenancy process from applications to moving in very easy and stress free. Maintenance request's are always sorted very promptly and she has worked with me to ensure a smooth tenancy for both myself and the company. Thank you so much Holly!

  It has been our pleasure to work with Holly Paroz who was the property manager for our home. We always felt that Holly not only had our best interests in mind as owners but that she was also a competent advocate for our tenants and as such it was a very positive experience for all stakeholders. Keeping both parties informed and feeling well attended to is a difficult task and one that Holly handled competently in a friendly yet professional manner. She communicated openly and has great attention to detail. We would not hesitate to recommend Holly who represents Ray White @ Caloundra to a high standard.

  Holly has been looking after our rental property for over a year now and we have found her to be excellent. As first time landlords we were unsure what to expect and had heard many horror stories over the years. However our experience with Ray White & Holly has all been positive. We have good tenants and all maintenance requests have been followed up promptly and professionally. Regular inspections have been carried out as promised and communication has been good. Would highly recommend Holly as a property manager.
