  Have been buying stuff from there for years. But no longer. There seems to be no customer care at all. Just sell, sell, sell.
  I wanted to buy my grand daughter some lovely angel cards for her birthday. I was talked into buying the most expensive as they were done by a local artist. So always loving to support our local artist I bought them. My grand daughter was disappointed as they were not the type she wanted. Upon opening the plastic cover we discovered the were not angel cards but cards that you had to refer to a little book to understand what the cards meant.
  I discussed with salesperson exactly what I wanted & that it was a gift for an 11 year old girl. These cards were for an adult who is more seriously into the cards. My girls just wanted cards with positive affirmations
  I had to take the plastic off for us to look at the cards....of which we only looked at 2
  I put the cards back into the box which was in perfect condition, took the back and asked if I could change them for what I wanted. I was even happy not to be refunded the $30 out of pocket just to get the right cards,
  I was told I could not change or return as the OUTSIDE plastic had been opened.
  I will never go back, they have no duty of care & lack customer skills. You get repeat business by working with your customers not against then. I no longer recommend them either. I will travel whatever distance for good customer service. Such a shame, they have potential but no CARE.

  So I was crossing the crosswalk on my way to look at Yab Yum when I witnessed the owner physically assault a boy while the child had his back to him outside of the shop. The owner punched the boy in the back of the head then grabbed him by the back of the neck and threw him towards the street. The owners wife made a feeble noise for her husband to stop the assault to no avail. I screamed for him to stop and how dare he assault that boy & that I was a tourist who was just about to enter his shop to spend money & now I would be calling the police to report what I witnessed. The owner said that the boy's friends stole from the shop a week before which I replied that gave him no right to touch anyone and that the boy wasn't even in the shop but stood out the front where the children's claw game was, not in the shop at all. I took a photo of the owner of the shop then went to see if the boy was ok after the unwarranted assault, he was extremely shaken up and upset so I asked if he minded that I walked him home to speak to his mother which he was very relieved that someone cared and said yes. It was along the walk to him house when he told me he was only 13 years old!! I spoke to the child's mother and gave all my details stating I would be willing to go to court to testify to what I witnessed. Do not go to this shop and give your hard earned dollars to a child abuser who thinks he is judge jury and executioner. I can not believe what I witnessed from the owner of this shop, he seriously should be charged with assault.

  I have been going to Caloundra since I was young and always loved looking through this shop. But today I had the worst experience, I was treated horribly when the shop owner asked me to delete photos that I apparently took when I was on Snapchat. As a minor (under 18) he asked to see my camera roll and I hadn't taken any photos. I walked straight out and I will never be going back. I didn't take any photos and if you don't want photos taken I suggest signs should be displayed.
